Training Availability

All existing CMS editors will have to complete in-depth and ongoing training if they wish to edit their website themselves. Only department editors who have regular (weekly) updates will be considered to get trained. All other departments can submit their edits using our online web request form

For those teams that need to have a website editor, the web team offers a three-part training course. Training takes 4 - 6 hours over two weeks.

Web Editor Training Request Form

These classes will be required for all editors; for security and efficiency, we will limit the number of editors trained based on the size and scale of each website. Editors should be technically savvy, demonstrate knowledge of their department's website needs, and have good writing skills.
