Walk with Ease Workshop

Generally offered in the Spring and Fall, Walk with Ease is a FREE six-week program developed by the Arthritis Foundation that can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life by
- Reducing the pain and discomfort of arthritis
- Increasing balance, strength, and walking pace
- Building confidence in your ability to be physically active
- Improving overall health
Each one-hour session will have time for receiving health information, stretching, walking, and learning strategies to help tackle challenges that we all encounter when we're trying to maintain an exercise program.
